Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled custodial tasks to keep buildings and grounds clean and safe.
• Maintain supply inventory and required documentation; attend trainings and meetings.
• Operate custodial equipment such as vacuums, buffers, scrubbers, and snow blowers as needed.
• Assist maintenance with minor repairs and ground maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance.
