Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Custodian Floor Crew Lead to manage daily cleaning operations across public, work, and executive spaces. You will supervise teammates, ensure contract standards, and mentor new staff to sustain high-quality cleaning services.

Responsibilities include reporting facilities issues, coordinating with supervisors, and performing routine cleaning tasks while upholding safety and hygiene standards. Strong leadership and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Six months custodial experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and meet contract specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cleaning functions and mentor custodians.
• Ensure quality and quantity of work; assign rework as needed.
• Report facilities issues to supervisor; maintain equipment and inventory.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks across restrooms, floors, surfaces.
