Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee custodial staff and manage contracts at multiple facilities. The role requires directing daily work, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring high-quality janitorial services in support of disability employment and nationwide customer solutions.

The supervisor will lead a team, coordinate with site contacts, and handle reporting, training, and compliance duties while supporting organizational mission and outreach.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in custodial services and/or building maintenance with lead responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, directs, and manages assigned staff and vendors to perform custodial services.
• Maintains professional relationships with site contact, ensuring contract adherence and resolving issues.
• Supervises staff, hires, trains, and conducts performance reviews.
• Schedules tasks and ensures procedures and safety regulations are followed.
• Oversees rehab counseling for adults with developmental disabilities or physical challenges and maintains records.
• Attends meetings and prepares agendas, rosters, and materials.
• Fills in for crew leads and performs minor repairs as needed.
• Prepares reports, correspondence, and certificates.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
