Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Rep Lead to supervise custodial staff, ensure cleanliness, and provide direction in daily operations.

The role includes scheduling, training, and quality inspections to maintain safety and efficiency. The CSR Lead will oversee cleaning duties, operate equipment, monitor PPE use, and coordinate with the Custodial Supervisor to address incidents and performance issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as directed.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies.
• Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
