Job summary

Pacifi c West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a CSR Lead to ensure cleanliness and safety across assigned locations. You will direct custodial staff, manage schedules, and supervise daily operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related custodial experience, plus CPR/AED/First Aid certification. A driver’s license may be required, and forklift certification could be needed depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related custodial experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required based on business needs.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow daily schedule.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE and supplies.
• Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor.
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement
