Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Lead to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provide work direction to custodial staff.

The role involves performing janitorial duties, following a daily schedule, and assisting the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and may need a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification; a valid driver's license may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties according to the daily schedule.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
