Job summary

Allegiance Industries is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor for our Mentor, OH facility. You will lead a custodial team, ensure the building stays clean to contract standards, and coordinate the rotating weekday schedule with weekend shifts.

On-the-job training is provided to help you advance the client’s cleanliness and service expectations. Qualifications include 1+ year supervisory experience in custodial operations, ability to motivate and train staff, strong time management and computer skills,

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building/area
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising functions and activities of the department
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations
• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain their needs
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy
• Other duties as assigned

Currently hiring: Janitorial Supervisor

Shift: Weekdays: Rotating Schedule (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) & Saturday & Sunday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
