Job summary

Alvin ISD is seeking a Custodian Supervisor to coordinate and supervise custodial services across district facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. You will establish cleaning schedules, assign staffing, and respond to emergencies and events.

The role requires five years in custodial services, supervisory experience preferred, a High School diploma or GED, and a valid Texas driver's license.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and monitor custodial services to ensure cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain cleaning schedules, procedures, quality standards, and staffing assignments.
• Provide direct supervision and training to custodial personnel; respond to emergencies and staffing shortages.
• Serve on on-call/emergency response team and prepare campuses for events and activities.
