Job summary

• Experience applying safety standards to personnel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supervising grounds maintenance duties and practices.
• Experience in training employees.
• Experience with custodial procedures for use of cleaning tools and chemicals.
• Experience with administrative duties including reporting and action plans.
• Possession of Advanced Custodial Technician Certification (CMI et al) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and quality control of work by staff.
• Train new employees in custodial procedures and use of equipment.
