Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Housekeeper/Janitor in Miami, FL to perform cleaning and maintenance across indoor and outdoor areas of the property. You will inspect work, follow safety procedures, and report needs to the Supervisor.

The role emphasizes reliable sanitation, professional conduct, and adherence to building security rules. Schedule includes Sundays and Monday–Thursday shifts with full-time benefits, holidays, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines.
• Removes trash and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Cleans restrooms and common areas as needed.
• Inspects areas daily and reports discrepancies to Supervisor.
