Job summary

California State University, Fresno is seeking a Custodial Services Supervisor to support the Manager of Custodial Services. You will provide leadership to shift crews, apply practical custodial knowledge, and coordinate essential department functions alongside the Facilities Management team.

The role requires experience in supervision, knowledge of custodial operations, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines in a university environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year supervision experience; 5 years custodial experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement or related field.

• Coordinate essential department functions with Facilities Management.
