Job summary

The successful candidate will lead a team, train and mentor staff, schedule shifts, monitor supplies, and coordinate with Facilities Management to support a safe, welcoming learning environment.

Qualifications

• One to two years of related custodial experience including leadership to others.
• Knowledge of methods, materials, chemicals, and equipment used in custodial work and safety practices.
• Ability to lead, train others, and provide feedback on performance.
• Ability to read and write in English at a level appropriate for duties.
• Ability to use computers to track work orders and order supplies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of custodians and oversee custodial duties.
• Uphold safety, PPE use, and respond to hazards promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff.
• Build a cohesive leadership team and empower staff.
