Responsibilities

Directly supervise up to four lead employees and indirectly supervise up to 27 custodians.
Coordinate work assignments and evaluate direct reports and projects during breaks.
Monitor staff attendance and submit monthly attendance reports.
Supervise contracted custodial staff when utilized.
Manage custodial services for on-campus residential facilities (~5,000 residents).
Estimate labor/materials and secure service contracts for staffing and turnover periods.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents for the Director.
Train and evaluate custodial workers and develop standards for operations.
Ensure safety and security regulations are followed and enforce compliance.
Coordinate 24/7 emergency custodial coverage and after-hours calls.
