Responsibilities

Provide administrative and managerial support to the Assistant Director of Environmental Services, overseeing the EVS Supervisor Team, especially during the afternoon shift. Responsibilities include conducting facility walk-throughs, quality inspections, reporting, and participating in service planning and evaluation. Assist in housekeeping and waste management operations across all shifts.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage the afternoon EVS Supervisor Team
• Monitor productivity and support staff and supervisors
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, inventory, and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Progressive management experience in support services
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare environmental services and regulatory standards
• Supportive of healthcare operations with customer service and quality improvement skills
• Experience managing unionized employees is a plus

Work Schedule

Afternoons, Tuesday-Saturday. On-site position. Work mode may include hybrid or remote options, subject to departmental review.
