Job summary

Chimes District of Columbia is seeking a Quality Control Lead to oversee custodial and janitorial services on site. You will ensure compliance with the Statement of Work and Quality Control Plan, and you will apply strong interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with staff and individuals with disabilities.

Your role includes inspecting work, coordinating the quality control program, providing reports, and driving improvements to meet contract standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion and respect for persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the quality control functions of this contract.
• Inspect all cleaning work performed to ensure proper cleaning and quality control.
• Prepare and submit all required paperwork on time.
• Provide inspection reports to the Chief Operating Officer or designee as requested.
• Maintain a file of inspection reports and other required records.
