Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee custodial/janitorial QC tasks per the Statement of Work and Quality Control Plan. The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills and respect for people with disabilities, with a Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm schedule and a set pay rate of $33.99 per hour.

The position requires monitoring contract specifications, coordinating QC functions, and ensuring timely inspection reports while maintaining open communication with contracting staff

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience performing quality control inspections or managing a quality control program for similar services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for persons with disabilities.
• Willingness to comply with all building, security, and company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Agency policies and contract specifications.
• Inspect cleaning work to ensure quality and proper cleaning.
• Submit daily inspection reports to the Project Manager.
• Provide regular training to staff on quality control issues.
• Maintain and submit inspection records and reports on time.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety procedures and security requirements.
