This exempt, full-time role requires supervision experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to manage hours, costs, and training programs while fostering positive relationships with school staff.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in custodial services.
• Alternate: Associate’s degree with three years supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and train the Assist Custodial Manager and Zone supervisors.
• Maintain high quality of management practices.
• Coordinate all Operations activities and the needs of each facility.
• Maintain records and reports; manage man hours, supply costs, and overtime.
• Ensure timely completion of district programs and training.
