Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Goodwill Industries at the worksite.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, personnel information, and time sheets.
• Schedule custodial employees with focus on payroll costs and coverage.
• Supervise and motivate custodial staff to meet production guidelines.
• Conduct periodic inspections of subordinates’ work performance.
• Prepare personnel and payroll records in a timely manner.
• Complete paperwork required for day-to-day operation.
• Ensure safety meetings are conducted and documented.
