Qualifications

• Five years of custodial experience with two years of supervisory experience.
• Must wear company-issued uniforms and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Goodwill Industries at the worksite.
• Ensure work is performed to contract specifications and maintain records.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, personnel information, and timesheets.
• Ensure at least one manager is on duty during work time.
• Orient and train new or transferred custodial workers.
• Supervise, discipline and recommend discharge of custodial workers.
• Schedule custodial employees with payroll cost control and coverage.
• Supervise and motivate staff to meet production guidelines.
• Conduct periodic inspections of subordinates’ work performance.
• Prepare personnel and payroll records timely.
• Complete paperwork required for day-to-day operations.
• Inventory and request supplies with timely reorders.
• Inspect contract equipment and maintain an inspection log.
• Act as a positive role model for employees and customers.
• Address customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Notify Project Manager of complaints and issues at the site.
• Observe personnel policies and safety procedures.
• Ensure subordinates comply with safety and policy rules.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and document them.
• Hold monthly employee meetings and document discussions, including safety.
• Ensure hourly floor checks are conducted and documented.
• Attend, as scheduled, required activities.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the company.
