• Technical certificate in Custodial Cleaning preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Train employees in proper cleaning techniques for safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Supervise assigned custodial personnel.
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll for employee compensation.
• Evaluate employees' work performance and ensure quality standards are met.
