Job summary

The successful candidate will have 4–6 years in custodial services, strong leadership, safety training, and payroll coordination, with a commitment to quality and compliance with university policies.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years advanced knowledge in custodial and housekeeping services.
• Ability to evaluate employee performance and participate in progressive discipline.
• Ability to assign work orders and delegate responsibilities.
• Ability to ensure safety training is conducted and reported.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial staff and shift operations to meet 24/7 service needs.
• Maintain scheduling within budgetary guidelines and manage payroll information.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular client reviews.
• Lead quality assurance inspections and training to keep staff compliant with safety and cleaning standards.
