Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience in cleaning, maintenance or related fields.
• APPA standards knowledge; certifications a plus.
• Ability to work in a union environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate custodial workloads and site projects.
• Adhere to UG2 and APPA standards; influence facilities standards.
• Develop staffing look-ahead schedules and coordinate with managers for events.
• Enter payroll data and track attendance; prepare reports.
• Manage inventory planning and par-level stock; forecast supplies.
