Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years custodial, janitorial, environmental services, or facilities management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing custodial contractors, vendors, and service agreements.
• Strong knowledge of custodial operations, equipment, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Environmental Services, or related field.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, laboratory, healthcare, or manufacturing environments.
• Certification in Facilities Management, Project Management, or Environmental Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily custodial operations across multiple facilities.
• Develop cleaning schedules, staffing plans, and QA programs.
• Lead custodial supervisors, frontline staff, and contractors.
• Audit compliance with GMP, OSHA, and company policies.
• Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and cost-saving initiatives.
