Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead custodial services across casino facilities. You will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensure areas are clean, safe, and orderly, and drive department performance to meet budget and service goals.

The role requires at least three years in housekeeping management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to train, coach, and supervise staff; Associates or Bachelors preferred; must lift up to 100 pounds

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in housekeeping management.
• Executive Housekeeper Certification preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must obtain/maintain required certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage custodial services operations to meet business and budget goals.
• Handle personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, counseling, and discharging staff.
• Establish department guidelines, rules, regulations and training programs.
• Coordinate scheduling and assign employees to meet business needs.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns.
• Inspect cleaning of all areas and review status of assignments.
• Ensure safety standards and proper operation of cleaning equipment.
• Educate team members on safety programs and emergency procedures.
