Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking a Custodian to supervise and assist custodians, maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways and locker rooms, and ensure cleanliness to company standards.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to comply with local gaming regulations; you will perform routine cleaning, waste removal, and help with bio-hazard materials as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Age requirement of 18 or 21 depending on property.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain/maintain any required local gaming certifications.

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical/bio-hazard material.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or 21 (varies by property)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 -2 years of cleaning experience.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, generally the duration of a shift.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
