Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a hands-on custodian supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across casino properties in Las Vegas. You will supervise custodians, ensure cleanliness in hallways, lobbies and public areas, and manage supplies and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of cleaning experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and must meet age and gaming regulation requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or 21 depending on property requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of cleaning experience.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist custodians with daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical/bio-hazard material.
• Stock linen supplies.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
