Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Hoffman Estates seeks a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provide work direction to custodial staff. The role requires hands-on janitorial duties and the ability to drive to multiple customer sites or facilities as needed.

The CSR Lead will perform daily schedules, monitor safety, and assist with training under the Custodial Supervisor. A high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate cleaning equipment.
• Follow daily schedule and maintain assigned areas.
• Provide work direction to custodians under supervision.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training of staff.
• Report incidents, hazards and equipment issues to supervisor.
