Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Rep Lead to oversee cleaning and sanitation duties in assigned areas. The role includes directing custodial staff, assisting in scheduling and training, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years related experience, and relevant certifications such as CPR/AED/First Aid. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with a starting hourly rate of $18.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• May be required to be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as listed on the daily schedule.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
