Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas while guiding custodial staff. The role includes directing tasks, assisting the supervisor, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of experience, and relevant certifications. Mon-Fri 11am–7:30pm with a $17.00–$18.00 hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• May be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily cleaning.
• Provide work direction and assist Custodial Supervisor.
• Schedule staffing and training as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Monitor PPE usage and safety protocols.
