Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Rep Lead in Sandston, VA to oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and daily custodial tasks.

You will supervise a small team, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards while reporting to the Custodial Supervisor. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm, with a pay range of $17–$18 per hour. SBM offers comprehensive benefits and is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Provide work direction to custodial staff.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain supplies inventory and assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE and supplies.
