Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Rep Lead in Chicago, IL. The role oversees janitorial duties, provides direction to custodians, and assists in scheduling and training under the Custodial Supervisor.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years related experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and may require a driver’s license and forklift certification. Typical shift is Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm with hourly pay of $16.50–$17.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• May require a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily tasks as scheduled.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain tools.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and supplies inventory.
• Report incidents, hazards, and PPE usage issues to supervisor.
• Support corrective actions to improve areas needing improvement.
