Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Rep Lead to oversee custodial operations in the Montgomery area. The role includes directing custodians, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating daily tasks on a 6am-2:30pm schedule.

The ideal candidate has High school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and comfort with cleaning methods and equipment. Training and scheduling support are part of the responsibilities, with emphasis on safety and quality inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification; forklift certification may be required.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; strong team communication.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule cleanup and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies.
• Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
