JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Educate Immediate Staff: Teach staff the importance of teamwork in all duties.
• Assist and Support Supervisors: Assist and support supervisors in the absence of the supervisor.
• Inspect Custodial Services: Inspect custodial services in the assigned area.
• Scheduling: Perform limited scheduling duties for staff assigned to the area and shift.
• Orient New Custodial Staff: Orient new custodial staff assigned to area.
• Perform Minor and Routine Maintenance: Change light bulbs, clean equipment, and provide preventive maintenance on cleaning equipment.
• Perform Floor Care: Strip, scrub floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets.
• Operate Cleaning Equipment: Operate cleaning equipment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Two years of custodial experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: One year of supervisory experience.
