Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect custodial services provided in the assigned area.
• Perform limited scheduling duties for staff assigned to the area and shift.
• Orient new custodial staff assigned to area.
• Perform minor and routine maintenance in assigned areas to include changing light bulbs, cleaning equipment and providing preventative maintenance on cleaning equipment.
• Perform floor care by stripping and scrubbing floors and vacuuming and shampooing carpets.
• Operate cleaning equipment.
