Qualifications

• Two years of custodial experience.
• One year of supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Educate immediate staff on the importance of working in a team environment when performing all job responsibilities.
• May assist and support the supervisors by performing their duties in their absence.
• Inspect custodial services provided in the assigned area.
• Perform limited scheduling duties for staff assigned to the area and shift.
• Orient new custodial staff assigned to area.
• Perform minor and routine maintenance in assigned areas to include changing light bulbs, cleaning equipment and providing preventative maintenance on cleaning equipment.
• Perform floor care by stripping and scrubbing floors and vacuuming and shampooing carpets.
• Operate cleaning equipment.
