Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead in Redmond, WA to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provide direction to custodial staff. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and quality inspections to ensure a clean, compliant workspace.

The CSR Lead will participate in staffing, training, and coordinating with the Custodial Supervisor, while ensuring proper PPE use and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• May require valid driver’s license.
• Safety and task training certification may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as directed.
• Follow the daily schedule and duties.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by the Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee issues to supervisor.
• Monitor PPE usage and supplies.
• Recommend corrective actions as needed.
