Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard is seeking a Crew Member for our Mansfield, TX location to help prepare quality frozen desserts in a clean, safe, and efficient environment. You’ll handle orders, cash, and customer interactions with our “customer comes first” approach.

Responsibilities include operating custard machines, maintaining product quality, following safety and dress-code policies, and working late nights or weekends as needed. Training is provided and transportation to the store is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to manage cash according to cash handling policies.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate custard machines and ensure high quality product is produced.
• Prepare custard and other items according to Andy’s standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness.
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers with a customer-first attitude.
• Accept orders, serve treats accurately, and handle transactions.
• Maintain health and safety regulations and cleanliness in the store.
