Job summary

Andy's Frozen Custard is seeking a Shift Manager to ensure smooth shifts, coach and train new associates, and uphold our high standards of quality and customer service. You will open and close the store, manage daily operations, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of food-service leadership, a positive attitude, and reliable transportation. This is a full-time, front-of-house role with opportunities for growth as we expand in Texas.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• 6+ months of proven management experience in food service or related leadership role.
• This is a hands-on role requiring front-of-house work and guest interaction.
• Friendly, energetic, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be available for full-time shifts including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Solid employment history with positive references.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth shift operations and guest experience.
• Train and mentor new associates and maintain high standards of operation.
• Open and close the store, manage opening/closing routines and cash controls.
