Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard is seeking a Crew Member to uphold our standard of excellence in preparing quality treats in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so customers have an excellent experience.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays. Responsibilities include operating the custard machines, taking orders, handling payments, keeping the store sanitary, and delivering legendary customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work late nights (as late as 1am), weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to manage cash according to cash handling and banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Custard: Memorizes recipes and standards; Operates custard machines and ensures high quality product.
• Cust: Maintain calm demeanor during high volume; Follow and reinforce Andy’s Dress Code and Personal Appearance Policy; Deliver friendly service.
