Seeking a versatile student to fill the combined role of CM Office Assistant with graphic design abilities. This position supports the Administrative Assistant, who supports the Moreau Honors program and three departments. The office creates a lot of publicity and requires creative design skills, as well as organizational abilities to support various departments.
- Administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Graphic Design proficiency, ideally a student majoring in this field.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiar with design fundamentals.
- Be able to work independently and communicate professionally.
- Assist with event planning for a variety of programs.
- Facilitate an inventory audit of MHP supplies on hand.
- Create publicity in the form of posters/email and for the Student Guidebook.
- Print and post hard copies of posters throughout campus.
- Perform photocopying, filing, and clerical duties as assigned.
- Must have a Federal Work Study Award.

Hours per week: 4
Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, 11:30 am-1:30 pm for lunch coverage with flexibility. There may be opportunities to pick up additional hours during other times as office needs dictate
