Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a similar line cook role.
• Experience with Indian curries and masalas.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
• Comfortable in fast-paced high-volume kitchens.
• Strong cleanliness and food safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with opening/closing procedures and keep the station organized.
• Prepare and cook Indian curries, sauces, and related dishes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Indian spices and curry techniques.
• Maintain mise en place and proper labeling of ingredients.
• Ensure efficient service during peak periods.
• Adhere to recipes, prep lists, and kitchen policies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
