Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking a Curriculum Specialist to join our California region remotely, serving districts across the United States. You will help educators understand McGraw Hill resources, tailor presentations to district priorities, and lead professional learning experiences while traveling up to 80% of the time.

The ideal candidate has a background in K-12 instruction, strong communication skills, and a passion for education. A BA/BS is required; MA or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful teaching experience; experience with curriculum adoption and district needs.
• Experience presenting to varied audiences: teachers, coaches, district staff, and community.
• Knowledge of elementary/secondary ELA, Math, Science or Humanities pedagogy and trends.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships and leverage knowledge to increase sales.
• Deliver winning sales presentations and pre-/post-sales support and training.
• Demonstrate understanding of McGraw-Hill products and how they support instruction.
• Collaborate with sales team and district staff to drive curriculum implementation.
• Stay current on educational trends and pedagogical developments.
