Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in the United States is seeking a Program Specialist to bring our curriculum to life in our centers. You will develop and lead programs from classroom implementation to ongoing enhancements.

You will spend 75% of your time in the classroom educating children, mentoring teachers, and partnering with families to provide the best care. The role also involves training staff and supporting center leadership with enrollment and accreditation goals.

Qualifications

• Build relationships with families and coworkers in a dynamic learning environment.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in educational settings.
• Experience with training staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC licensing and state requirements preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines for the role.
• Physical requirements including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Proficient in English for communication.

Responsibilities

• Spend 75% of time in the classroom educating children and mentoring teachers.
• Lead staff, train, and participate in hiring of teachers.
• Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education.
