KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Program Specialist to bring our curriculum to life in centers and lead programs from classroom implementation to ongoing enhancements.

You will spend 75% of your time in classrooms, educating children while mentoring teachers and partnering with parents to ensure the best care and education. This role emphasizes collaboration with center leadership to reach enrollment and accreditation goals.

Qualifications

• Must build strong relationships with families and coworkers.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Approved State Trainer is preferred.
• Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing is preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure curriculum is presented as intended and teachers can discuss learning goals.
• Spend 75% of time in the classroom, educating children and mentoring teachers.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Train, motivate and lead staff and assist center management with hiring.
• Support center success by collaborating to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals.
