Job summary

Northbridge University - Corporate Office in San Juan, PR, seeks a Curriculum & Research Coordinator to provide operational support and final QA review for academic programs and projects. The role also investigates SOP enhancements and technology integration in curriculum development.

The position coordinates production schedules, tracks deliverables, maintains document control, and supports accreditation processes with the curriculum leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Education or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in curriculum coordination, development, or an equivalent operational/technical support role.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of information systems and technology required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor production calendars for curriculum development and revision projects, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and deadlines.
• Perform the final QA review of curricular documentation prior to submission.
• Provide orientation to Program Champions (PCs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on the program and curriculum development process.
• Ensure contractors adhere to project schedules, documentation requirements, and technical standards.
