Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Minimum of three years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience.
• Proficiency with computers and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LPN program meets FBON curriculum, faculty qualifications, and student outcomes.
• Prepare and submit reports to the FBON, including annual program reports and site-visit documentation.
• Maintain program approval status and readiness for audits or evaluations.
• Monitor NCLEX-PN pass rates, retention, and job placement metrics.
• Develop strategies to support student achievement and licensure success.
• Track and report program outcomes to FBON and accrediting bodies.
• Conduct regular program evaluations and implement continuous quality improvements.
• Maintain records of student progress, faculty credentials, and clinical site agreements.
• Implement a structured system for evaluating teaching effectiveness (student evaluations, peer reviews).
• Support faculty development and continuing education.
• Deliver engaging instruction aligned with curriculum and outcomes.
