National University is seeking a Director of Curriculum to lead strategy and management of curriculum development across the School of Health Professions. This role oversees course catalogs, approvals, and the development of new programs, certificates, and micro credentials, with collaboration from the Learning Experience team.

As a proxy for senior academic leadership, you will guide faculty through governance, ensure quality standards, and align curriculum with institutional priorities while

Qualifications

• Doctoral or terminal degree from a regionally accredited university.
• 12+ years in higher education including curriculum development.
• Strong demonstrated experience with curriculum design.
• Experience leading strategy for curriculum development and planning.
• Experience with CurrICuNET (CNET) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for curriculum development aligned with the university's vision.
• Serve as SME for curriculum development and liaison with committees and regulators.
• Mentor faculty in curriculum development, including CLOs, MLOs, and SLOs.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure continuity, rigor, and consistency across programs.
• Coordinate with governance processes to ensure programmatic assessment and accreditation standards are met.
• Oversee course catalog submissions, changes, and SME contracts.
• Notify staff of course version updates and manage live revisions.
• Work with governance activities and related processes as needed.
