Job summary

SANS Institute is seeking a Curriculum Marketing Operations Coordinator to join the Central Marketing team. This role supports the development, launch, promotion, and analytics of SANS short and long course training, ensuring timely updates to existing courses and the launch of new offerings.

The position emphasizes detail orientation, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution of marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing and/or program management experience.
• Understanding of SEO.
• Detail oriented, strong communication, and ability to multitask within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Review and update course and instructor content across print, web, and digital materials.
• Coordinate with teams to publish and host instructor webcasts and livestreams.
• Project manage course launch/updates with checkpoints and deliverable reviews.
• Schedule cross-departmental team meetings and ensure alignment on goals.
• Track and analyze metrics across channels and create reports to optimize content.
