Job summary

Primrose School of Plano at Headquarters is seeking a Curriculum Director to guide teachers and strengthen classroom practice through Balanced Learning across our centers. The role emphasizes leadership in curriculum implementation, staff development, and collaborative leadership within a supportive environment.

You will coach teachers, participate in hiring, support onboarding, and help staff use our digital curriculum platform to deliver joyful, high-quality early childhood education daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education leadership preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop teaching staff.
• Strong collaboration with leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
• Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
• Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
• Conduct classroom observations and offer practical feedback to support the delivery of Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Help teachers confidently use our exclusive digital curriculum platform.
