Qualifications

• Knowledge of AACU systems including MeridianLink, Episys and Synapsys.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product, procedural and system training on lending, credit handling and various topics to specific workgroups.
• Create high-quality print and online training materials, manuals and job aids often under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training programs for loan officers and staff to address operational issues.
• Review internal processes for accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure a secure and compliant training environment and protect confidentiality of records.
